I'm Yadi Dissasa, the founder of C&Y fitness, a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Certified Life Coach Practitioner.

My goal is to assist you in reaching your health and fitness goals in a manner that best fits your lifestyle, preferences and unique needs. I understand health and fitness are not always easy,  and there's no one size fits all solution. In addition to designing goal specific workout and nutrition programs,  I will be there to guide, educate, train , motivate, encourage and support you every step of the way.

I approach my work with my clients with a high level of initiative, reliability, empathy and determination.

I’m a mother of 3 wonderful children with a personal success story of losing 55lbs and keeping it off for over 9 years.

For as long as I can remember,  I have had a Deep (with a capital D) desire to make a difference and be of service to others and make a positive impact in their lives. I honestly did not know how to make this happen and continued to ignore it to do what I thought I'm suppose to do....perusing my career, advancing my career and raising my family the best way I knew how.  I've had great career/financial success at times and I have also experienced obstacles.  In 2008 I decided to eventually give in to this desire and started the journey on figuring out what I should be doing and my transition began.


As time goes by, this desire has grown within me to a degree where doing any thing else has simply become intolerable.  One certainly does not have to become a personal trainer or even start their own business to be of service or make a difference. I simply chose this route because I'm good at it, I know what works and what doesn't. I know what it takes, how long it takes to get fit and stay fit.


So why did I start my own business?  Fitness and Weight loss potions, lotions, pills, quick fixes, 6 weeks weight loss programs,  fad diets, are being sold at every corner, and they do sell.  Yet real lasting fitness results are hardly ever delivered.


My vision is to offer unparalleled one-on-one attention, a no one-size-fits all, but rather result focused individualized fitness programs geared to each clients specific goals, needs, challenges and lifestyle.   Where each session counts, is the best part of my client's day and is geared to get them closer to their goals than they've ever been.

              FITNESS COACHING


Fitness Coaching is an affordable Virtual Personal Training and Nutrion Coaching and is for people who can exercise on their own, but need a professionally designed Exercise /Nutrition Programs  designed specifically to their fitness goals that will get them result faster.
You receive all the tools necessary to achieve desired results. Program includes monthly strength training routines, cardiovascular programs,  nutrition guidance,  and monthly progress tracking.  Also included in this program is face to face, by phone and email coaching and ongoing support to help you stay on track and accountable to your fitness goals.
